Just wanted to let you all know that I have NOT dropped off the face of the earth. I was sick again for a few weeks and now am swamped with work. So I will finish the Thailand update as soon as possible and then move on to monsoon news. Yes, its here. Lovely mist and rain. Its funny how much I enjoy the monsoon. Especially when I have a gas heater to dry my clothing and house.
My favorite time of day is evenings. Its usually misty enough to only see about10 feet ahead and the lights diffuse. The whole place takes on a mythical quality. I usually go home, turn on my heater, and work for a few hours drinking tea and listening to the rain. Not a bad existence.
